Go for the cleaver.

It will never break down on you

Very good point, CC, I decided to get both and satisfy both sides of my personality.

Oh, and thanks you two, for humoring me with my little poll

Last night I put some turkey burgers in and tonight a 1.5# top round for 2.

Nice.

Too many parts to wash (5), where the HECK do ya put it if ya don't use it every day?

I see it in my future that this will be used as a tax write off

OR, if I don't find a job soon, I will smash it with my new cleaver

(Just kidding folks, don't report me yet)
