Default left handed veggie knife, and a good meat/poultry knife

hello all, I've finally come to the decision to invest in a couple of good knives. I'm on the lookout for a 5-6" veggie knife, preferably Usuba style, single bevel (bevelled on the LEFT side). and a 7-8" western style meat/poultry knife.

my budget is around $100 per knife, but maybe upwards to 150 if its worth it.

oh, and they must ship to europe.
