| CheftelDanille, I have interviewed many Culinary grades...And yes some did have letters from their professors. So I think it is "KOSHER" to ask. (just make sure you pass the class) ![]() cc PS Good luck on Monday |

| Most definitely! Good idea to ask for a recommendation from instructors of a class you have taken. As they instruct, they tend to notice your desires and attitude towards learning and everyday task. [This message has been edited by layjo (edited 01-07-2001).] |
