Thumbs up FREE BEER!!

Now that I got your attention,

I want to get back into the culinary biz. I have four + years working in gourmet restaurants in back of the house management positions. I also have a two Bachelor degrees.
Do I need to do the culinary school route or is my experience and education enough? What if I just get certified through the ACF?

Any information you have would be greatly appreciated.

Well, It depends on where you worked before. Some of the best chefs mever went to school, but they had the equivilent education at outstanding establishments. Would you hire an accountant who didn't have a degree in accounting? A lawyer without a law degree?

You can get a job, sure. What were your other two bachalor degrees in? It sound like you need to figure out what you really want to do.
