| I use Globals ,although I have to admit it took a little getting used to.A sous chef turned me on to them by letting me use his veggie knife for a while.I guess I'd like to try MAC knives in the future just out of couriousity.Bill |

| I just found Wusthof paring knives at TJ Maxx today, 3 for $13. I love great bargains! |

| I prefer my old, old Sabatier carbon steel knives (not the new ones). I do also use a Forschner boning knife with the flexible blade and rosewood handle. They all work great. |
