Clown Week 2 and sanitation test

Well the scores are in I got the only 100%.
This test result is actually going on my report card and so Iam in the woks for a 4.0.
I believe I get my sanitation license too.
Hurray..
Off I go to start doing my ep/ap calculations..
piece of cake.

Good job! We'd have been disappointed by any less, considering your medical background. Was it your school that offers some kind of award for the 4.0, or was that one of the other students?

Thank you guys and gals..
Iam now getting into the kitchen stuff.
We are actually going to have our uniforms tommorrow and on Monday we wil officially enter the kitchen.
WOW....
Then we will practice all of our knifecuts..
Iam having a blast.
Thanks for the continuous support from all/
EP/ AP calculations are a piece of cake too

I'm so glad you're posting this Danielle. It just makes me even more excited. I'm in the application process for the Le Cordon Bleu program here at Brown Institute in Minnesota and can't wait to experience what you're going through.
