 Cooking abroad I am leaning towards FCI right now however I am most interested in the Italian kitchen. Does anyone know of any programs where you can study say for a week at a time in Italy and possibly learn the cooking from that region? Any feedback would help. Dennis  |

| hi cc and dennis dennis...i've replied to your email...hope it helps... by the way...if you want to find out about those "gourmet week in italy"-type vacations, check out the back of gourmet, saveur or other upscale food magazines and you'll find tons of ads. pricey! cc thanks for the recommendation. i haven't been here at cheftalk much lately. i'm still in italy, though...i've been doing a lot of travelling and so haven't posted much lately. looking forward to getting caught up on my reading here...
