Talking Cooking abroad

I am leaning towards FCI right now however I am most interested in the Italian kitchen. Does anyone know of any programs where you can study say for a week at a time in Italy and possibly learn the cooking from that region?
Any feedback would help.
Dennis

hi cc and dennis

dennis...i've replied to your email...hope it helps...

by the way...if you want to find out about those "gourmet week in italy"-type vacations, check out the back of gourmet, saveur or other upscale food magazines and you'll find tons of ads. pricey!

cc thanks for the recommendation.

i haven't been here at cheftalk much lately.

i'm still in italy, though...i've been doing a lot of travelling and so haven't posted much lately.

looking forward to getting caught up on my reading here...
