Default What's your favorite magazine?

Hello,
My name is Natalie Paul, I am the account manager for the company Abacus Media Management, located in Montreal. Don't worry I am not trying to sell you anything. I am presently working on a project that requires I get imput directly from professional chef on which magazines they prefer reading. My question to you is this: What are your 3 favorite chef magazines? Your answer are very much needed for the completion of my presentation therefore an immediate answer would be greatly appreciate but one at your earliest convenience will do. Thank You.

Sincerely,
Natalie Paul

Pastry Arts Magazine
Art Culinare
Savor

Please let us know the outcome.

My husband and I went on holiday to Montreal last winter and found a culinary wonderland.
Beautys for Bagles, Henrys for the best fast food burgers and The Beaver Club for one of the best meals of my life.

Tauntons Fine Cooking for techniques,
Saveur for history and authentic cuisines,
and Bon Appetit for their R.S.V.P. column, I sometimes get some ideas I can use(or steal, depending on how you view it)

1. Saveur One of the best, most informative mags. out there. My favorite!!
2. Food Arts One of the best ways to keep up with what everyone is doing around the world.
3. Art Culinare Okay, its a little out there, but it is a fun read
3. Tied for 3rd is Bon Appetit
