| I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the common foot problems chefs encounter. I've been in terrible pain for eight years, but because I love the work so much I keep going. |

| I have known people who have had their arches break down(including me). One breakfast cook I knew had to quit because of bone shards in his heels. He couldn't stand for more than 15 minutes at a time without intense pain. It all comes down to take care of yourself or you lose. |
