Quiche is good I have a great reciepe for quiche. It's a sausage, spinich,and cheese quiche.
9" shell
4 eggs
1 qt. half and half
1/2 lb italian sausage
2 tblspns. green onions
1/4 cup crouton stuffing
1 clove garlic
finly shredded parm
1/4 cup grated montery jack
Mix the 4 eggs and 1/2&1/2. set aside.
Cook of sausage with the garlic and onion diced. then add croutons.Put Montery jack in bottom of pie shell.Then add sausage mix. Then fill to the top with egg mix. Cook @ 325f. Then cook until it dosn't wiggle (a light to med brown). |
