| Johnson and wales offers a four year culinary arts deg and i am almost at the point where i need to make up my mind if i want to continue toward the four year degree will this help me in the field or will i be looked upon as a book smart know it all i have 18 years experience and have been passed over for promotions because i do not have the degree well i will have the AAS but should i just go ahead and get the BAS thanks ![]() |
