Default Best Chef School in the Raleigh Area

I want to go to a good school, but I want to learn from the best in the Raleigh area. Anyone have any suggestions? i really appreciate it.

JWU have a school in Charlotte, you can go visit it. I have been there once(4 years ago, when they just establish the branch in NC), it looked pretty nice.

I'm at The Art Institute in Charlotte and live darn near on the campus of JWU. I looked at both but had a soft spot for AI-Ch. Both are pretty good as far as I can tell. Even CPCC which is also in Charlotte is pretty good.
