Looking for a catering or garde manger externship in california 
Hello everyone...my name is Nicole and im currently attending le cordon bleu miami im in the A.O.S in culinary arts program. Im having touble finding an externship in california! Is there anyone who knows a place or have any ideas how i can find the right place?! Im welcome to all ideas and very excited and passionate about what i do! i would also like to know of any place that has the special externship program that includes housing since i live in florida.
