I am in school for Pastry Arts. I have survey of hospitality careers class. In this class I have a project where I need to interview a Pastry Chef. So, I need to find a chef that is willing to answer ten interview questions for this project.

I'm not a pastry chef, but I'd be glad to answer your questions if a real one doesn't show up. I was Executive Chef at a large hospital, and a chef at a large government institution feeding 15,000 twice a day. I've worked in a bakery and have a good grasp.
