 I was speaking with a friend of mine whom I worked with a couple of years ago about the cirriculum at the CIA and got a barrage of questions such as....."what the #@*k is gastronomy? interpersonal communication? culinary math?food origins and history? accounting?......I thought you going to a culinary school....why the h#ll do you have to take THOSE classes????? Ah.....not so quick grasshopper......before you learn to run you must first learn to walk.....  |

| There is also the option of ACFEI apprenticeship. I believe it is a three year program of "earn while you learn". Call (904) 824-4468 ask for Darlene Webber she is in charge of placements.
