| A few days ago,I added two beans of vanilla in my rice pudding. Then I threw them. Nevertheless I was told that beans of vanilla can be used several times. Is it true? Philippe Raynaud

| Yes! We rinse them off, put them back in their little "eprouvette", and fill it with eau de vie - vodka would probably work too. That way you can use both the extract and the bean again. |

Thanks, I really could not have thought of eau de vie or vodka. Philippe Raynaud
