Default fruit & mint~ compatible combos?

Just for sh*ts & giggles I bought a wee bottle of peppermint oil based mint flavoring at whole foods.
Since I like to experiment with smoothies, I was looking for opinions of which, if any, fruit concoctions the stuff would work with. After all I got some positive feedback (on a different site) when I accidentally concocted my first blueberry smoothie with rosemary.
Okay kiddies...3...2...1...discuss!~

I like mint and strawberries together. Mangos maybe?

A mint and watermelon granita would be yummy as an intermezzo. Maybe a fine dice or shred of fresh coconut to garnish.

Not exactly a dessert item, (or is it?) but mint and cucumber are fabulous. Try pureeing or juicing cucumbers for a cold soup with the mint essence.

I thought I posted here already but I guess I didn't. I like mint and grapefruit.
