| Great site - lots of variety and points of interest. Can you help? I recently returned from visiting students on work placements in USA and bought some well priced ( compared to UK ) Charlie Trotter books but they are in US cups measurements. Can you suggest site of information whereby I could get an accurate conversion of cups into metric ? > ![]() |

| Yes, true, but as long as you're comparing volume to volume, it's okay. Just don't assume that volume to weight is the same for all ingredients.
