Default sanitation test

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a good website to take a sanitation test, pay for it online and receive a sanitation card in the mail?
Mine is expiring in 3 weeks.
Thank you in advance
Danielle

Try googling on ServSafe. That should get you where you need to be.

I don't think the test is online. Rather you will get info on taking it at a proctored location.

Check with your local restaurant association. Depending on where you are, you might have to take a state or locally certified class (even for re-certification) and test. Some areas have stricter laws than what is taught in the Serv Safe classes.

National Restaurant Association is a good resource. They administer ServSafe, but they also have other programs that can help with training. Also, they can offer scholarship information for the classes, books, etc.
