Question Bison

Hi, I'm looking for health benefitsof Bison over beef, chix, and fish.
Any info will be appreciated
Any good sources in CT. will also be appreciatedBison?

I've only cooked bison at home. It is much leaner than beef -- more on the order of venison in that respect, but I found the flavor much milder.

In a case like this, why ask us? Go to the source...Google is a great tool for that! Not that we can't answer your questions but it is a highly specialized question I think.
