I am still trying to find a company where I can buy different types of grains and make my own blends. I used to do that when I lived in Europe and my flour grinder works perfectly here but I am missing the ingredients.

Buying Whole Grains (click for lots more info)
Your best bet it to find a local health food store, community market or grower's Co-Op if your in the right area to get your whole grains from. When you buy whole grains you will save some money if you buy in bulk. If you can't get them in bulk buy by the bag. Generally, most whole grains are very cheap. Wheat is a good price indicator. If the place you are buying your whole grains from charge more than $.50 per pound I would suggest that you look around for a better price.
