 Turtle candy I have found many recipes for quick turtle candy (pecans and caramel covered in chocolate), but I can not find one for the real thing (where you make the carmel instead of use already made ones). Can anyone give me a recipe??? I have posted this in the recipe forum, but noone has responded.  |

 I applaud your desire to make the real thing rather then settling for a poor substitution. After you've tasted a homemade caramel the store bought ones are inedible.
