 gelatin substitutes can anyone suggest where i can purchase a product called mycryo - a cocoa butter gelatin substitute. We can get it in England but only by the pallet load !!!!! not much good for a relatively small user.thanks      |

 This site has a product list, but no price, for 1.5 kg of mycryo. It's been discussed here on Chef Talk as well- just use the "search" function here to find it. (In fact, when I "Googled" for mycryo, our thread came up as the first one on the list. Happy hunting!  Mezzaluna

 Mycryo is made by Cacao Barry from Meulan, France. There should be a distributor in England that can sell it to you by the unit (or maybe the case), but not a whole pallet. Call Cacao Barry in Meulan for more info. |
