Seriously, the weather is an 'equal opportunity' crippler. If you can 'make it work', all the more power to you. I may go that route next year, after I get back in shape--would rather look like Montel Williams than Dom DeLuise.

On a real note- I find that I wash my hands constantly during cooking. In the summer, I wash with cold water, instead of warm or hot. It significantly lowers my body temperature. We use a triple sink in the dishroom to presoak and preclean stuff. We use cold water in those sinks. Even with the dishmachine going it keeps you cool.
