Clown Need a list of seasonal ingredients

I have been having trouble finding a list of seasonal ingredients to plan catering menus ahead of the season. Does anyone have any great ideas or websites to find one? Thanks, Amy

If I remember correctly, Andrew Dornenberg's Culinary Artistry may have such a list for inspiration.

I just ask the farmers at the market about what's coming in........
It's interesting that what is available does not always fit what you would think would be "seasonal". There have been winter squash coming in for a month.....almost before the summer squash.

It sure does. And don't forget that Karen Page was co-author.
