Ok.... I've heard of crazy stuff in the restaurant biz, but a NINE POUND HAMBURGER?

I tell you how one would cook that thing.

Medium rare!

Of course if you didn't like medium rare you could always request the end piece!

It's ONLY six pounds of actual beef. The rest is bun, and gloppy stuff. I wonder just how protein a person can consume without having some sort of seizure...or something? We'd have to ask an Atkins fan.

Man that thing is huge. I was told to never eat anything bigger then your head though on many occasions, I've broken that rule.
