 When I was KM at my fraternity house, the law required someone responsible for foodservice to have a sanitation certificate. These classes were offered through the university. Maybe the housekeeper should take the class, too?  |

| I have wondered many times why a food certification license isn't required in these kitchens. I'm not certified, but I have studied the books on sanitation, etc. My daughter got her certification and I managed to learn a lot through her. I believe I can pass the test.
