| Last night I had a fritatta for the first time at this retro cool diner in LA called Fred 62. So I am now inspired to give making one a go! I've gotten various recipes online and am wondering if anyone has some extra tips for making a frittata?!? Thanks! ![]() |

| I tried the silicone bakeware recently and was pleased. I have made many individual frittatas in the silicone muffin "tin". Try by pouring your mixture into these muffin tins and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until set. You can then freeze the individual frittatas or eat em up. The silicone works well for popping them right out. Great for appetizers as well. Let me know if you try it. C.C. ![]() |
