| ok i have this thing where i will cook cookies but they will never stay soft, only if i put a ton of butter in or somthing. how do i keep them soft after i have cooked them? ![]() |

| Take them out about 1 minute before you normally would. Let them sit on the sheet another couple of minutes (carry over cooking and to set up a bit. Remove to cooling racks. This is only a general guide as it varies some from cookie to cookie. Phil |
