| I now use plain button mushrooms from the grocery for an omlette filling. I saute them in garlic butter and a little Sauterne. I'd like to find a mushroom that is flavorful on its own. |

| chanterelles, morels, shiitake, black trumpets, porcini...to name a few. Shiitake are the most accessable and flavorful |

| Thanks Shroomgirl. I'm headed for the "big" city in search of mushrooms. Hopefully the Whole Foods Market will have them. |
