| My father has sent my husband and I a package from Omaha steaks every year for the past 4 or 5 years. The animals are not grass-fed or anything particularly special like that.. but since they're vacuum sealed, they last a very long time in the freezer. I also cashed in some Amex points a few times, and bought wine from 800wine.com. Oh year.. and there's a baking catalog I've purchased from.. the name escapes me. darn! I suspect that now since I'm reading Bourdain's cookbook, i'm going to have to start a list of more esoteric ingredients to hunt down.. -P |
