Default rescue in cooking?

I feel detached from my family. I'm depressed and need relief. can cooking help?

Cooking at home will certainly help. Cooking for income will double all of your current feelings.
COMFORT FOOD: Think back to something you really miss, find recipes and just get after it. If it's a family recipe, enjoy the whole process of going to purchase the ingredients, prepare with love, just as someone did for you.
Eat for enjoyment not satisfaction or youll be 50lbs heavier before you know it.
