Default calphalon in the oven

the hard anodised i have used in the oven up to 400 degrees with no
ill effect. watch out for the handles when removing the pan tho!!
it WILL be hot!!
make sure it is NOT the nonstick one as that can only withstand
a temperature of 350 degrees.
