| I have bought a set of Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized I want to can the pot and pan can been use in the oven for like some recipe use to bake some chasse Thanks Tammy ![]() |

| the hard anodised i have used in the oven up to 400 degrees with no ill effect. watch out for the handles when removing the pan tho!! it WILL be hot!! make sure it is NOT the nonstick one as that can only withstand a temperature of 350 degrees. |
