| In case you needed chicken eggs and only had turkey eggs, the average turkey egg is 80 grams with the shell, around 70 grams without the shell. |

| Whats the weight of the white and the yolk of a turkey egg. USDA large eggs weigh 1.67 oz. .67 is the yolk and 1 oz is the white. I ask this because I weigh my ingredients instead of volume especially for baking.
