Default Chicken/Turkey egg substitution

In case you needed chicken eggs and only had turkey eggs, the average turkey egg is 80 grams with the shell, around 70 grams without the shell.

Whats the weight of the white and the yolk of a turkey egg.

USDA large eggs weigh 1.67 oz. .67 is the yolk and 1 oz is the white.

I ask this because I weigh my ingredients instead of volume especially for baking.

I knew you would ask. I don't know, next time I get more I'll weigh them separate.
