Default Alton Moves up Another Notch, in my Book

I am sure it is a repeat, but I just caught Good Eats" episode on home brewing. I have to give credit to anyone doing a show like that. And his beer looked pretty tasty!!!

Yeah, a few errors, at least by the way I make mine, but I didn't see anything that would really effect the end result drastically.

I think Alton is an entertaining guy and a talented writer, but I do find myself disagreeing with him- a lot. Most of the time it's just a subjective parting of ways, but occasionally his facts are off. Now Harold McGee- I've been reading his updated book and in the back of my mind looking for errors. None so far. I also tend to resonate more with Harold from an artistic perspective as well. He totally blew me away with his thoughts on brining in a discussion on another forum. I totally had him pegged for a pro-briner.
