 Hawaiian Rice Recipe Help!  I've lost a recipe a friend gave me years ago and now I need to make this dish for a party. It's for a Hawaiian Rice Salad with Pineapple, Macadamia Nuts and Toasted Coconut. I guess I could wing it since the name has most of the key ingredients but does anyone have a recipe like this?

| Hey Cat... I googled Hawaiian Rice salad and came up with a bunch of them. If no one knows your recipe you'll have to do the same and adjust since you know what it's supposed to be like. Sounds good though!
