| Hi, The midnight dinner before Christmas Day, Noche Buena, is a huge deal in the Philippines. As I've been working in Shanghai for the past year or so, I'm really excited about going home and having a really memorable spread this coming Christmas Eve. I'm sort of overwhelmed as I don't know what to serve! (There'd be roast chicken and paella, for sure) I'd really appreciate anyone's suggestion(s). Thanks heaps in advance. |

| Man I was at a Filipino Christmas dinner a few years ago and they had many traditional Filipino Christmas dishes. I think I posted about it here and dagnabbit I forget what it was. The one dish I remember was a stuffed chicken. Awesome!

| Heh. Glad you liked it, Kuan. The stuffed chicken is called "chicken relleno" (sort of like chile relleno) and yeah, they're yummy! ![]() |
