 Being the big fan of turkey I am, I eat a lot of it. I like a traditional turkey sandwich in specialty bread such as a foccacia or a bagette, but my favorite is a twist on a panini-like sandwich that I make with foccacia, provalone, gouda, spinach and tomato.   |
