I can't say I'm surprised that prices have gone up so much in 10 years, but the extent to which price increases have out-paced inflation is shocking. Just the same, it seems like there are still plenty of people who are willing to pay more for good food. I am, for better or worse, among them.
Also, I wonder if other cities have had similar explosions in restaurant growth? I'd be interested in seeing a similar article about Las Vegas.
