| Does anyone know if there is a substitue for malt syrup? What is it? |

| You can substitute molasses. If you have 16 oz. of malt syrup use 10oz. molasses. Malt syrup for baking and beer is made by extracting it from barley. You will probably see it labeled Barley Malt Syrup. Are ya making something? pan |
