Default If Given 2 .....?

Lets put everyones heads together and do a little match making here. Hypothetical situation: Suppose you had 1 year to prepare a team of chefs for a competiton. In this competiton you had to do 1 sugar showpiece, 1 chocolate showpiece, and a plated dessert presentation. You are given a choice of 2 other team members besides yourself. Who would they be??? You know the theme of the competition before hand lets say its "The Rodeo". After choosing, you have to design and practice, whats your routine?

Too dynamic to put into print. But I would choose my night sous and my pastry chef. A year is a joke.
