Clown candied anise

I was wondering where I could find candied anise for a recipie called Blank-mang.If any one could direct me to a website or suggest a substitute Id be grateful.

I was part of a search for this a couple of years ago. Could not find a source and did not have any good results trying to make it.
I'm not so sure that the dish even needs it. I think I used a little anasette when I made it last.

www.kalustyans.com checkout this site they have what you are looking for if you still want to use it. Just go to the search block and type in "anise".
