Default turkey eggs

This is my first post to this site. I am a certified organic farmer. This year my part wild turkey hens are laying plenty of eggs. I have been experimenting with them in my cooking, but wonder if anyone has any experience with substitution for chicken eggs. Does the temperature of the oven need to be higher due to the egg consistency? Thanks for any help.

I did a simple comparison last year.

Chicken/Turkey egg substitution

Didn't weigh the yolks and whites separately though.
