Unhappy recipes for convection/microwave

Hi there,I am familiar with using a microwave, however have recently bought a convection/microwave but do not have a recipe book to use the convection part of my microwave. Does anyone have any simple recipes for roasts, casseroles etc?

Hello Cully and welcome to Chef Talk.

Since your post is more of cooking methods question than an introduction, I'm moving it to the appropriate forum. Come on back and let us give you a proper welcome!

Regards,
Mezzaluna

WHEN COOKING WITH CONVECTION ,RECIPE ADJUSTMENT IS REQUIRED NORMALY 25 DEGREES LOWER THEN STATED RECIPE CALLS FOR. CONVECTION COOKS BY FORCED RECIRCULATING HEAT, MICROWAVE COOKS BY TIME IN THE TRADE WE REALY DO NOT USE MICROWAVE TO COOK, ONLY TO HEAT OR REHEAT. IT DOES HOWEVER A FAIRLY GOOD JOB ON SOME FISH AND SOME VEGES.
