Just use four cups of your chicken broth.

Bullion is used to add to water to create chicken broth, but using real chicken broth is always better.

With 8 cubes of bullion and 4 cups of water you would end up with 4 cups of liquid. So, just use 4 cups of chicken broth.

That said, bullion cubes are very salty and your broth probably isn't so you will need to adjust your salt to allow for the difference.

If you want a more intense chicken flavor, try reducing 6 or 8 cups of your broth down to the required 4 cups. It will probably change color as it reduces and get a bit darker.

The broth will give you a different flavor profile than the bullion cubes but it will still work.

Jock
