Default Lemon Sauce to Preserve

Hi everyone. I have loads of lemons and would like to make a lemon sauce that can be preserved and bottled. Scoured the internet, all my recipe books and even libraries far and wide. Is there anyone out there that could help?

You could bottle a lemon curd. I remember reading some great threads on usenet with someone posting who had done it professionally in small batches. After I read his posts, I started tempering my eggs into my curds and custards. I just checked and his name is 'Bob Pastorio'.

You could squeeze the lemon juice into ice-cube trays and freeze it. Once frozen, put into plastic bags then repeat the process.

Smart thinking Clive. I cant imagine somebody going to the trouble of making canned or bottle lemon sauce. Heck I dont even know whut lemon sauce is..but suspect it similar to lemon pudding or something like that. Just save the fresh juice and let em make their own lemon sauce fresh from scratch if they get hongry for it. Great minds think alike huh?

Make some Morrocan preserved lemons.

Something along this line though I haven't made this version.
