| Not that someone here can't help you, but have you tried http://www.eatsushi.com/ and sites like that? Just curious- does RPI have a culinary program? I see you're in Troy.

| i have tried quite a few sites but will double check that one (thanks)...there isnt a culinary program at rpi but i go to schenectady county community college they have a culinary program..i also work at saso's (a japanese restaurant in albany) where i am learning sushi but im also doing personal research |
