| Any thoughts on doing prime rib on a gas grill with a dedicated rotisserie burner? I believe it would be the same as doing it on an indoor rotisserie. How much meat should I plan on? I am looking for a recommended portion per guest. Planning a party for about 40 guests which will be served picnic style with prime rib as the main meat course. |

| You will need at least two, maybe three. The cooking might go a little slow. I think the preferred method for prime rib is to blast it at high temp then turn it down low.
