| That should be easy enough, Mulak. When you go to the store, pick the package(s) that total 5# or have the butcher provide you with 5#. Just a guess that a drumstick might weigh about 4oz, you'd require 20. So: 4oz=20 6oz=15 8oz=10 12oz=7-8 16oz=5 Ciao, I hope my math's right. I haven't finished my first cup of coffee.

| I'm on the west coast, and the coffee is still brewing, but Steve is right on the money. Always keep your calculations in the same form, ie ounces/pounds, or piece/piece, etc. What kind of rub are you using? I just perfected a 10 minute marinade for chicken using, 2T balsamic vin, 1 Tsugar, 1/2 cup lime juice, and a tiny bit of oil, and any chopped fresh herb, that is awesome. The marinade time is the best! Have a great day! Off for coffee, Lyne |
