Default Hash brown

Hi everyone

I want a recipe using hash brown but not the usual casserole or baked hash browns.
I want to use some meat and veggie with a suitable sauce and preferably confined to pan fried. Can anyone help ?

Thanks
Regards
yuesang

Default A little more input?

Pan fried hashbrowns. Grated? Layered with meat and veggies or mixed in? What kind of result do you want? <mmmm....sausage, cheese, gravy, onion...yummy>

I've got tons of hashbrown ideas but need to know where you're going with this.

April

Default Hash browns

Hi AprilB

I am looking at all angles of hash brown, grated or as a whole. Sure would like to have meat and veggie together to make a hearty meal. Toppings with cheese etc would be nice.

Will appreciate some ideas from you. Oh, please do not forget the sauce, if any, needed.

Thanks
yuesang
